Payroll Partner Account Manager
As the Payroll Partner Account Manager for Split Limit Studios LLC, you will establish and maintain active relationships with all payroll companies that currently provide payroll data to Split Limit’s SAAS platform. You’ll actively foster existing payroll company partner relationships and build new ones, expanding the group of payroll companies that partner with us, thus increasing the value of the Split Limit Studios product to insurance carrier prospects and existing customers.
We’re looking for a dynamic person to own all payroll company relationships, to develop a comprehensive long-term partner strategy, and to work collaboratively with everyone at Split Limit Studios - management, sales, implementation, service, and engineering - to provide a seamless experience on our new and existing insurance carrier implementations. A successful Payroll Partner Account Manager will quickly learn the payroll industry and Split Limit’s proprietary SAAS platform, work independently to grow and develop payroll partner relationships, and will become a payroll industry subject matter expert to help define our strategy and value proposition to the ecosystem.
Actively contact payroll providers that currently send payroll data to Split Limit’s SAAS platform and promote the benefits of closely partnering with Split Limit
Prospect and develop relationships with new payroll companies
Educate new and existing payroll providers on different ways to provide payroll data to 20+ insurance carriers through Split Limit’s SAAS platform and work with each of them to select and establish the process that best fits their needs
Build tight relationships with all payroll partners that work with Split Limit and serve as the main escalation point for all issues related to initial set-up and ongoing payroll transmissions
Become the payroll industry expert at Split Limit Studios by keeping up-to-date on industry trends and the differences between types of payroll providers, including how best to receive payroll from them
Create marketing materials to highlight Split Limit’s value proposition to payroll companies and other players in the Split Limit ecosystem
Help define the contractual framework between Split Limit Studios and payroll companies
Define and execute a payroll partner strategy that aligns with Split Limit Studios priorities and payroll partner needs
Attend industry-related trade shows and conferences
Articulates technology, solutions, and services in a compelling way to all audiences; tailors messaging to specific audiences
Takes proactive steps to generate results
Analyzes data and other inputs to make decisions, and takes accountability for work
Consistently practices strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
Prioritizes and efficiently manages multiple assignments
Sales/relationship management experience is a plus
3+ years of professional experience is required
BS or BA is required
